Raised letters and layered logos create real shadow and edge detail. That depth helps a sign feel architectural rather than printed.

Vector art gives the best starting point

AI, EPS, SVG and vector PDF files preserve curves and letterforms accurately. Raster logos can sometimes be redrawn when necessary.

Material and edge finish matter

The face color is only part of the design. Sidewalls, spacers, relief depth and background texture are visible from oblique angles and affect the quality of the finished sign.

Use dimension strategically

Not every element needs to be raised. A hierarchy of flat, recessed and applied components usually looks more deliberate than giving every part equal depth.

Can dimensional wood signs be made for outdoor use?

Yes, when the substrate, coating system, construction and mounting are appropriate for exterior exposure. For many wood-look outdoor projects, HDU is recommended because it does not rot like natural lumber.

Do you have to use real wood?

No. Some buyers specifically want natural wood, while others simply want carved wood character. We select between natural wood, HDU and other suitable sign materials based on the desired appearance, exposure, size and maintenance expectations.

Can you work from my logo or a reference photo?

Yes. Vector artwork is preferred, but a clear logo file, sketch or reference photograph is enough to begin a review. We can tell you what additional artwork preparation is needed before production.

Do you ship nationwide?
